I’m only giving this office a two star review because I liked my PA.. she will not be the one doing the surgery though. I have three skin cancers on my leg. They need to be removed. I scheduled a appointment for December 6. I went out of town on Nov. 28th and had a chance to stay out of town until 10 of December. I could not stay because I had an appointment December 6 to have cancer removed off my leg. I called the office this morning to make sure that they have the stitches that I need because I am allergic to stitches. Well to find out, they didn’t even know about my Reaction to stitches that’s all in my chart. Meanwhile they go to inform me that my December 6 appointment was canceled. Said they called me. I looked through my recent and missed call list on my iPhone no call from dermatologist office. I had her check to make sure they had my correct phone number they did! The girl kept saying we called we called! I said if you called and I didn’t answer why wasn’t a voicemail left she says she couldn’t answer that! I said, why didn’t they leave a email? They have my email address because they keep sending me bills to it, she had no answer for that either. It’s no big deal to them. But it is a very big deal to me. I did reschedule the appointment they got me out to January 16 I will be looking for a new practice. And when I find one, I will cancel that January 16 appointment and let them know again what my problem is!! And I know it won’t matter to them they just don’t care!! This office is ridiculous! And they’ll let you know that they don’t!

The people there are nice and polite but they need to work on the rescheduling system. I was on the list and changed my appointment but then they kept sending me almost every day a different appointment to take when I got the one I wanted, Even after I scheduled my appointment, I got at least 1920 messages for different appointments

Was recently seen by Sarah Amarillo, PA and was really happy with my visit. She listened to all my concerns on my skin checks being that I have had past biopsies come back bad. I left feeling reassured all looked great and that she was thorough in her exam and answering any questions I had and she gave me plenty of recommendations on sunscreens that would be better for me to use in the future.

I cancelled an appointment 25 hours prior to appt time due to having Covid. They charged me a $50 cancellation fee because it was after the 48 hour mark. I’ve been calling the billing department over and over with no call back or response. I just want to request a waive of the fee since I was really sick and contagious. They never call back, but continue to send invoices in the mail. I spoke to a front desk person who said they could have maybe waived the fee had I gone into a doctor and had proof to show them, but she didn’t know since I’d taken at home tests. I guess they want people who have Covid coming to their appointments still.
